Looking for a unique sporting experience in Savoie? This 3-day open water course, specially designed for intermediate and competitive swimmers, is made for you!

What you will find on site:

• 4 to 5 swimming sessions of 1h30 each on Lake Bourget.

• Moments of exchange and sharing with pros and your fellow students.

• Exclusive Arena swimming cap + T-shirt offered upon arrival.

• Accommodation option at the Hôtel Best in a twin room, with all the comforts to rest. (minors accepted at the hotel only if a responsible adult is present with them)

The program (subject to change depending on weather and sea conditions):

• Friday: Quiet installation at the end of the morning, discovery of the course and friendly meal. First immersion in open water in the afternoon.

• Saturday: Two swimming sessions, with inspiring discussions with the coaches on different subjects; sharing experiences, life anecdotes, discussions around our practices, nutrition, training, etc.

• Sunday: Optional jogging before breakfast, followed by a final swimming outing. Final meal to end the course in style.
