Want to swim in a postcard-perfect setting? Head to the Mediterranean for a training camp that's all about salt water, sunshine, and gliding through the waves. No official timers or finish line arches here. Just you, the sea, and a healthy dose of advice to help you improve without any pressure. Carry-le-Rouet welcomes you with open arms for a long weekend of sport, relaxation, and iodotherapy.

Training focus:
Want to conquer the waves, improve your stroke, or simply feel more at ease in the open water? This camp is for you. The coaches put together small group sessions to refine your technique, work on your rhythm, and build your confidence in the salt water. Sessions last between 1h30 and 2h, covering distances ranging from 2.5 to 5 km — everyone at their own pace, everyone with their own buoy. You don't need to be an Olympic dolphin, but you should be able to swim comfortably for 1h30 and not be afraid of seaweed or open water. And between sessions? Lounging, aperitifs, or the sauna. Your call.
