Just you, the sea, and a healthy dose of advice to help you progress without pressure. Carry-le-Rouet welcomes you for a long weekend of sport, relaxation, and iodine therapy.

Do you want to tame the waves, improve your swimming, or simply gain confidence in the deep blue? This course is for you. The coaches will create small group sessions to help you refine your technique, work on your rhythm, and gain confidence in salt water. Outings last between 1.5 and 2 hours, for distances ranging from 2.5 to 5 km – everyone at their own pace, each with their own buoy. Here, you don't need to be an Olympic dolphin, but you do need to be able to swim for 1.5 hours at a leisurely pace and not be afraid of seaweed or the open sea. And between sessions? Relaxation, aperitif time, or a sauna. You choose.
