Step and Run

A race organized in a region described as the "Pearl of the Hauts-Pays", and you're still hesitating to sign up? Come on, we invite you to discover the Vallée de la Petite Honnelle in great strides.

What you'll find there:

• Two races between 6 km and 12 km and one walk. There's something for everyone 😌;

• The essential refreshment stops along the route and at the finish, because so many milestones can make you hungry;

• Varied landscapes: undergrowth, alleys, country roads - for a total of 100m of elevation gain. Just let yourself go!

Course focus:

Head to Montignies-sur-Roc for the big start (and the big finish) of the Step and Run. Known for its thousand and one stones and its unparalleled charm, this small village of character will amaze you. The route is sure to delight you: a lovely mix of country paths, small open roads and passages in the heart of the Hermitage d'Audregnies woods and the Angre woods. And don't forget to say hello to the neighbors of Honnelles, we're not savages!

Whether you're a keen walker or a budding runner, we promise you a most enjoyable Sunday outing in

3 (very) good reasons to participate:

• Each bib helps finance the purchase of suitable equipment to allow everyone to run in the best conditions;

• The perfect race for a first (or thousandth) bib. Well yes, it's not our fault if everyone likes it!

• Discover the region and its wonders dating back more than 10 centuries: the Château de Montignies-sur-Roc, its Maison de Maître, its "caillou qui bique" (don't ask us why), and so on.
