What you will find there:

Focus on the courses:

All departures are from the school complex. On the trail after a departure via the streets of the city center you will quickly arrive on the trails and head towards the Col des Pradets! First difficulty but not the last, you will then be guided from descents to passes, from one viewpoint to another for an arrival after 1236m of D at the foot of the casino.

The two hikes will take the direction of the GR10 and the thermal baths to also end at the Casino.

You will be semi-autonomous on the course. Bring your own glass/cup! Liquid refreshments will be available to you halfway through and you will be able to benefit from a full refreshment once you have crossed the finish line.
