Trail Alsace Grand Est by UTMB

Between vineyards and castles, the courses of the Trail Alsace Grand Est by UTMB have all the makings of a magnificent postcard. The key: a precious sesame to participate in the great trail mass at the end of August in Chamonix. But that's if you make it to the end!

What you'll find there:

• A 100 miles, a 100 km, a 50 km and a 20 km;

• A square organization like only the UTMB has the secret;

• A medieval atmosphere that goes perfectly with the trail.

Course focus:

Organized in the spring, the Trail Alsace Grand Est by UTMB is a real step back in time. A "chivalrous epic" for which you will have to arm yourself with courage and determination (and gels) to complete it. You have the choice between four formats, from 20 km to ultra depending on your taste for effort… or (a little) for pain 😏.

Fortresses, medieval towns and fortified walls, it is a whole section of the medieval history of the Bas and Haut-Rhin that you will discover with amazed eyes. We would almost expect to find hens and venison pâté at the refreshment points, but no: the immersion stops at the panoramas and the volunteers in costumes, and that's already good. May I die if I weaken!

• Collect Running Stones and try your luck for the UTMB;

• A good way to discover the Bas-Rhin and Haut-Rhin;
