A summer Sunday, trails heating up under your feet, and a playground made for elevation enthusiasts. The Trail de la Vallée de l'Ouche is that event that takes you from pleasure to effort… then back to pleasure, with a slight taste of wanting more.

Course focus:
No pretences here. Each distance has its own character, but they all share the same DNA: natural terrain, elevation that makes itself known, and effort management that quickly becomes strategic.
The 42 km takes you on a real day out, with 2000 m D+ to tackle and self-sufficiency to manage between aid stations. The 29 km is no filler either, with its 1500 m D+. On the shorter formats, it stays punchy, accessible but never easy: it climbs, it relaunches, it keeps you on your toes from start to finish.
In short, whatever the distance, you'll have to put in the work. And that's exactly what we come here for.
