Trail des ayes

Get ready to live a unique experience in the heart of Ardèche, in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, with the Trail des ayes. This exceptional sporting event takes place in Toulaud, an idyllic setting for all sports and nature enthusiasts.

Two races are offered to satisfy all desires and all levels:

• The 20 km Trail, a 20 km route with a positive elevation gain of 800 meters, ideal for those who like challenges and thrills.
• The 10 km Trail, a 10 km course with a positive elevation gain of 400 meters, perfect for those who want to discover trail running or surpass themselves over a shorter distance.

The Trail des ayes is much more than just a race, it is a real human and sporting adventure. Each participant is encouraged to give the best of themselves, while respecting the environment and other runners.

The mandatory equipment for each race will be communicated to participants before the event. Make sure you are well equipped to fully enjoy this experience.
