• 10 km Ponchinoise Express Trail, with a positive elevation gain of 250 meters
• Trail des Roches 21 km, with a positive elevation gain of 650 meters
• 31 km Poncinoise Trail, with a positive elevation gain of 1100 meters

These three distances allow you to choose the challenge that suits you best. And don't worry, there will be refreshments waiting for you at the finish to reward you for your efforts.
