Trail du printemps
Come take on the challenge of the timed and ranked Trail du printemps at Saint-Pierre d'Albigny!
What you'll find on site:
- 4 formats to choose from: a 12 km trail, a 25 km trail, an 11 km sports walk or a 10 km family walk to enjoy at a leisurely pace.
- A complimentary aperitif at noon for all participants, followed by an optional Savoyard meal at 1:00 PM.
- Full refreshment stations at km 11 (25 km) and km 9 (12 km), as well as at the finish line.
Course highlights:
The long course will take you through varied and breathtaking landscapes: From Saint-Pierre d'Albigny, head towards Saint-Jean-de-la-Porte and the Combefolle climb, which leads you to the sentier des Mules. At Montlambert (850 m), the views are stunning before reaching the refreshment station at km 11 in Roissarvaz.
Refuelled, you continue along the paravalanche, the route du col du Frêne and La Plantaz, before crossing a forest track to Plamont. The return leg, smooth but always magnificent, takes you through le Chapeau, Saint-Pierre (La Montaz), the réservoir des Allues, a final passage through Roissarvaz, and Albigny, for a festive finish at the salle polyvalente de la Treille.
