As its name suggests, triathlon XS is a short triathlon: 400m swim, 10km bike and 2.5km run. It's a fast format, slightly demanding, perfect for beginners but no less prestigious. Yes indeed, triathlon XS is the format for the mixed relay triathlon event at the Olympics (cheers for the gold and bronze medals won by the French in 2024). With over 250 opportunities to shine each year at this distance, all you have to do is dive in (haha).
