Foulées des Aulnes

Friend of Dour and its surroundings, a new challenge awaits you! Whether you are aiming for the podium (all for the cameras) or looking for a healthy stroll - but richly accompanied, the Foulée des Aulnes is made for you.

What you'll find on site:

• From walking, running, from 5 km to 10 km, in short, something to satisfy all motivations;

• Routes in the middle of nowhere and trails through the woods;

• A crowd of runners with whom to share a crazy race (or a healthy stroll that's not exactly a joke) cockchafers).

Course focus:

It’s simple: at the Foulées des Aulnes, you do a little (or a big) lap and then go have a drink at the finish because you deserve it. If you take on the 5 km, you’re going to get a lungful. A trip through the woods awaits you. With a bit of luck, you might even see one or two cute, tiny, tiny squirrels… uh, sorry, you’ll rub shoulders with the flora and fauna, you know! The 10 km will be an opportunity to go and say hello to your neighbours on the other side of the forest by crossing the Coron de l’Amour and the Rambourg before returning home.

2 (very) good reasons to participate:

• Get a breath of fresh air in the pretty Hainaut countryside;

• Challenge your loved ones and whoever loses pays for a round (of grenadine, obviously)!
