Foulées des Aulnes

Friend of Dour and its surroundings, a new challenge awaits you! Whether you're aiming for the podium (all for the cameras) or looking for a healthy walk - but richly accompanied, the Foulée des Aulnes is made for you.

What you'll find on site:

• Walking, running, from 5 km to 10 km, in short, something to satisfy all motivations;
• Routes through the countryside and trails through the woods;
• A crowd of runners to share a crazy race with (or a perfectly decent healthy walk).

Route focus:

It's simple: at the Foulées des Aulnes, you do a little (or big) loop and then off you go to have a drink at the finish because you've earned it. If you take on the 5 km, you're going to get your lungs working hard. It's a trip through the woods that awaits you. With a bit of luck, you might even spot one or two adorable little squirrels so cute so small so... uh, sorry, you'll encounter the local fauna and flora! As for the 10 km, it will be an opportunity to go say hello to your neighbors on the other side of the forest by crossing the Coron de l'Amour and the Rambourg before heading back home.

2 (very) good reasons to participate:

• Get a big breath of fresh air in the lovely Hainaut countryside;
• Challenge your friends and whoever loses buys the round (of grenadine, obviously)!
