Welcome to Gondreville, in Meurthe-et-Moselle. Yes, it sounds like an episode of Game of Thrones, but there are no dragons here… just top runners, a contagious good mood, and a course that's a treat for your legs.

What you'll find there:

• A hike of 8 km to go at your own pace, a 10 km and 5 km race for the more motivated, and kids' races to pass on the passion from an early age;
• An atmosphere we love: genuine encouragement, super-motivated volunteers, and neighbours at their windows sending you smiles at every turn;
• Water stations at the 3.3rd and 6.6th kilometre, a well-organised event, and everything you need to focus on what matters: enjoying your moment.

Course spotlight:

The Course des As is 2 laps of 5 km through the streets of Gondreville. The 5 km race is classic: 1 lap. No map or compass needed: just follow the pace, the cheers, and above all your own desire to push yourself.

The terrain is 100% tarmac, but nature is never far away. And for the kids, don't worry: everything takes place within the secure grounds of the Stade de l'Avenir.

A course designed for performance and pleasure alike.

The start? Relaxed. The atmosphere? Warm. And you? You'll find yourself picking up the pace, smiling, and maybe even sprinting across the finish line.

• Every registration for the Course des As, the 5 km or the hike means €1 donated to the Les Rêves de Lucie association. Running with heart makes it even better.
