Semi-marathon de la Rochelle

In addition to being a renowned fishing center of Nouvelle-Aquitaine and a popular seaside destination, La Rochelle is also a land of runners. Its annual semi-marathon is there to prove it to you. Come on, let yourself be tempted, join the challenge!

What you will find on site:

• Two formats to give it to you: a 5 km and the half-marathon to be completed solo or in pairs;

• Starting pens, pacemakers, instructions and refreshments, the must-have;

• Nearly 4,000 runners ready to fight (or enjoy a delicious walk) to accompany you;

• The sea! The gentle sound of boat masts clashing, the salty air... in short, the good life.

Course focus:

The start of the La Rochelle half-marathon is given near Place Saint Maurice and takes you across the asphalt from end to end. During your journey, you will be amazed by the sights and the legs. In addition to visiting the city center of La Rochelle, you will (re)discover the Charruyer and Franck Delmas parks, walk along the Baie du Port Neuf and the quays of the Vieux Port (no ageism here), without forgetting the green alleys of the mail. So, doesn't that sound like a good plan? 😌

Finally, don't forget that you can choose to jog the kilometers, or take part in the leading group made up of advanced runners. No matter your goal, you will find your place!
