Semi-marathon de Laval

Whether you are a sports enthusiast or just an amateur, you are invited to take part in the Laval Half Marathon, a major sporting event in the Mayenne department, in the Pays de la Loire region. The perfect opportunity to combine physical challenge and discovery of a region rich in landscapes and history.

Two races are offered to satisfy all levels:

• The Laval Half Marathon, a 21.1 km race that will allow you to push your limits and surpass yourself.
• The viaduct strides, a 6 km race, ideal for warming up or for a first experience in running.

In addition to the physical effort, registering for this event gives you the right to:

• A bib for the race of your choice,
• And many other advantages to discover on the day of the event.

Before you start, here are a few instructions to follow:

• Make sure you have the required equipment,
• Respect the other participants and the environment,
• And above all, don't forget to warm up before the start!

Finally, if you have a little time to spare before or after the race, don't forget to take a detour to the old castle of Laval, a historical monument that is worth the detour.
